TurnoverFlow ("we", "us", "our") operates the TurnoverFlow web application and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, and role (property manager or cleaner).

Property data: Property managers may add property names, addresses, and iCal calendar feed URLs.

Cleaning job data: Job schedules, assignment history, completion status, and verification photos uploaded by cleaners.

Payment information: Billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy governs payment data.

Device information: We may collect device type, operating system, and push notification tokens to deliver notifications.

Usage data: We collect anonymized analytics about how you interact with the Service (page views, feature usage) via Vercel Analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and maintain the Service
• To create and manage your account
• To schedule, assign, and track cleaning jobs
• To send SMS and push notifications about job updates
• To process subscription payments through Stripe
• To improve the Service based on usage patterns

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Your team: Property managers can see cleaner profiles and job activity. Cleaners can see property addresses and job details for assigned jobs.
• Service providers: Supabase (database hosting), Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and Expo (push notifications).
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@turnoverflow.app. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request, unless retention is required by law.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), row-level security policies on our database, and secure authentication via Clerk. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
