Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TurnoverFlow (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by TurnoverFlow ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of Service

TurnoverFlow is a cleaning management platform for vacation rental property managers and their cleaning teams. The Service includes a web dashboard for property managers and a mobile application for cleaners. Features include calendar synchronization, job scheduling, cleaner assignment, photo verification, and notifications.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Property limits and cleaner limits vary by plan tier (Starter, Growth, Pro). Exceeding your plan's limits will require an upgrade.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service (property information, photos, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it as necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content.

7. Cleaner Relationship

TurnoverFlow is a scheduling and coordination tool. We are not a party to any employment or contractor relationship between property managers and cleaners. Property managers are solely responsible for compliance with applicable labor and employment laws.

8. Availability and Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurnoverFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TurnoverFlow from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (including liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution).

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and revising the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
